  My mother is on my plan and I live 2 hrs away. Her phone quit working this morning and took it in to the store. The staff member said she dropped the phone and couldn't help her. Later the same day after speaking with a customer representative in Tulsa and after calling 611, they both advised that she take the phone back in and have a smart test performed to verify if there was any liquid damage or physical damage. I spoke with the associate, he told me he was not a corporate owned store and couldn't help me. Customer service was extremely difficult and poor. Wouldn't recommend this store.

  Fast service the staff is freindley and verry knowledgeable about there products and do what ever they can to help the customers went there to purchase a new zte Android phone great phone by the way the assistant manager tyyler ausom
